CEL PAINT CAMO SKULLPIRATE NYCC Released at NYCC, only in the BOOTY SACKS, was a limited handpainted SKULLPIRATE. Each clear vinyl figure was painted on the inside with Japanese animation cel paint, making no 2 the same. Rumor has it, that these were test samples, and no more will be made. (FEB 22)
